The method is intentionally small. It is for the part of product work where a founder has to stop expanding the idea and choose the first test.
Clarify
Write one sentence that names the problem, the user, and why the existing workaround is not enough.
Cut
Choose the smallest version that can test the assumption. Move everything else out of the loop.
Ship
Put the test in front of real people. A private plan is not signal.
Learn
Record what happened, update the decision log, and choose the next cut or build.
